Non-Personalised Items
We accept returns of eligible non-personalised items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Because personalised pieces are created especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on customised or personalised products. This includes items engraved with names, initials, dates, messages, coordinates, photographs or other customer-requested designs.
